Youth Development Training For Beginners
FOR AGES: 8-11 GRADES: 3RD-5TH
5 week program one session a week. Youth athletes will gain a competitive advantage, learn important techniques to optimize your performance in a fun and creative way! They will develop and grow with a small group of 4 or less with like minded kids to enhance your sports performance. Athletes focus on success within a group setting, push each other and as a result get stronger together. Let's get faster, stronger and better.
