This 3-week training programs focus on advancing weightlifting techniques to elevate a player's game performance. systematically building on existing skills from the PROGRESSION program, emphasizing strength, agility, and power. The goal is to optimize athletic capabilities, ensuring players not only excel during competition but also prioritize effective recovery strategies. By progressively enhancing weightlifting skills and incorporating recovery protocols, athletes can consistently perform at their peak, minimizing the risk of injuries and maximizing overall game impact.
